‘TRUTH-CHANGED LIVES Impact eternity.’

The organization of F.E.E.D. Council was created eight years ago to provide resources to high school students and their families. Through F.E.E.D. Council’s Christian Highschool Leadership Council (CHLC) students study weekly in a unique highschool servant-leadership program with intense Scripture memory, thorough Bible study, additional impactful worldview reading materials, consistent etiquette training, community service events and many more opportunities!  The heart of F.E.E.D. is to enable students to learn to follow Christ, be equipped through Christ, learn evangelism because of Christ, and to disciple and be discipled in Christ.

The F.E.E.D. Council Organization Operates:

  • CHLC – a Unique Highschool Leadership Initiative
  • ETE – Essential Training in Etiquette – a program designed to restore the traditions of societal kindnesses and propriety and prepare students for future occasions
  • WHITE GLOVE GALA – an evening of etiquette
  • OLD SCHOOL, INC. BOOKSTORE – a resource of incredible materials

The story of feed council

Years ago, as our children were nearing the age of high schoolers, we began looking for programs that we felt would be necessary to school them in a manner that would be consistent with future success in life. The subjects of Bible, Worldview, Servant Leadership, and Etiquette were completely non-existent within programs and curicula.  While excellent teachers in the fields of other subjects abounded, we felt particularly called to provide these subjects and to provide them with a heart focused on discipleship. Aside from two excellent summer worldview camp options, no other worldview opportunities existed.  The other subjects were completely lacking. So we created a program that embodied what we desperately sought for our own children.

Realizing that not all highschool students necessarily had the same opportunities to practice leadership skills in an encouraging atmosphere, to participate in consistent community service with a group, or to experience team-building opportunities within the community, we began to build the program and classes. As parents striving to school our children with excellence, we sought to pursue a program that would assist high school students by affirming and strengthening their knowledge of the truths of God’s Word and bolstering their faith and trust in God before they left home for college or other pursuits.

In addition to these goals, the need for ‘essential training in etiquette’ was so sorely lacking in our society, that we built our classes around the need for etiquette. Developing a program that offered opportunities to practice a respect and morality missing in our culture today was paramount to excellence in educational pursuits. Etiquette became essential to further enlarging students’ awareness of others while students practiced leadership skills in their community and alongside their peers.

Following the beginning of Etiquette Training in 2018, Christian Highschool Leadership Council (CHLC) was the response to our needs in 2019. The program took off and has been influencing lives since it began.

It has been an amazing privilege in our lives to walk with students and to learn beside them these past eight years! We are grateful to God for F.E.E.D. Council and its programs: CHLC, Essential Training in Etiquette, and the White Glove Gala.

Vision & Values

More than ever young adults are at risk of losing their identities. Current commentators claim modern young adults are addicted to social media and are risk-adverse, leaving them hopelessly meandering without rudders in society’s troubled waters. The programs of F.E.E.D. were established to strengthen students’ identifiable integrity, character and moral values.

At FEED, we believe students can, however, develop strong life anchors and moral compasses in the pages of God’s Word through faith in Christ. For such a time as this, they can become morally upright, confident and uncompromised, well-educated leaders, and contributing members of society.

In Psalm 19:7, we read “The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul.” David tells us all through the Psalms that God revealed His instructions to mankind in Scripture. F.E.E.D. uses its CHLC program, Essential Training in Etiquette program, and the Old School, Inc. Bookstore to enable students to move toward maturation and restoration of their souls as they become the next generation of adults.

At F.E.E.D., through all that we do, we pray that Truth changes lives,

because Truth-changed lives impact eternity.
